EEGer has multiple options when it comes to concealing client information depending on your preference. To access these settings, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Navigate to Options > EEGer Configuration Options from the top toolbar of EEGer's main display.
  2. In the options window that appears, select the HIPAA tab.
  3. Make the changes you would like on this screen, then select STORE Settings at the bottom of the screen for the changes to apply.

There is currently functionality to show only initials, partial names (first + last initial), or a randomized GUID for each client. These settings can be changed individually for each physical location where this information appears within EEGer. If working with a home-user or remote location, it is important that the same settings are observed on both systems.
