Southeast Signal Warranty Services

Devices produced by SouthEast Signal are under warranty to the original purchaser for a period of two (2) years after the original purchase date. This includes failure due to defective materials, components, or workmanship. Warranty coverage does not include failures due to misuse or mishandling, normal wear of the case, labels, electrode input jacks, USB connector, or the AUX Input connector.

Warranty Repairs are available for a period of two (2) years after the device’s original purchase date. If the device is submitted for warranty services within this period and damages are found, the device will be fully repaired to the same standards as new devices produced by SouthEast Signal. If the device is unrepairable, but still within the two year warranty period, a replacement device will be issued in its place,

Warranty Replacement is available for a period of one (1) year after the device’s original purchase date. If the device is submitted for warranty services within this period and damages are found, a replacement device will be immediately issued.

Any form of maintenance or repair of the device must be done by SouthEast Signal. Performing maintenance or repair of the device outside of SouthEast Signal will void the device’s warranty and may render further damage to the device. Maintenance must be performed by a qualified professional. Improper maintenance may cause the device to be unrepairable or lengthen repair times once the device arrives to SouthEast Signal for service.

SouthEast Signal Non-Warranty Services

SouthEast Signal offers repair services for devices which are not under active warranty with SouthEast Signal. This can include amplifiers produced by SouthEast Signal which are outside of their warranty period and A2-model or A4-model devices originally produced by TeleDiagnostics Systems or Phoenix Neuro Systems.
Warranties provided by unapproved distributors, resellers, private sellers, TeleDiagnostic Systems, or Phoenix Neuro Systems can not be honored by SouthEast Signal. If your warranty is not through SouthEast Signal, please contact the party your warranty is with to pursue replacement or repair services.

EEG Store Warranty Addendum

EEG Store offers full warranty replacement on A202s/A404s for a period of two (2) years after purchase from EEG Store. This overlaps with the repair period offered by SouthEast Signal and ensures that our users are up and running as quickly as possible to limit interruption to their practice.

Warranty Replacement is offered by EEG Store when a support technician determines via remote connection that the device is under warranty and is exhibiting the behavior of a damaged amplifier. The technician will then confirm best shipping information to issue a replacement device.The replacement device will be of the same model and fully tested before shipping. It will arrive with a prepaid return shipping label for the damaged amplifier either included with the package or sent to the user electronically. This label (and the packaging material included with the replacement device) can be used to return the damaged amplifier to EEG Store at no charge.

EEG Store then determines if the original amplifier is in fact damaged and in need of replacement with the manufacturer. If the damaged amplifier works, that's okay - we will follow-up with you to verify that the problem is resolved by the new device or to provide additional troubleshooting if needed. 

If EEG Store does not have a replacement device of the same model to offer a warranty replacement, a temporary loaner of a different model may be provided. The loaner devices are preowned, but fully tested to ensure their accuracy and frequency response. This loaner allows the user to continue their practice with minimal interruptions until the warranty replacement device becomes available from the manufacturer.EEG Store will ship the temporary loaner device at no charge with a prepaid return shipping label. This label is used to return the damaged amplifier to EEG Store at no charge to the user. EEG Store will offer assistance configuring the loaner device and answering any questions the user has about its operation and how it may differ from their original amplifier.

Once a warranty replacement device becomes available from the manufacturer, EEG Store will ship the replacement device to the user with an included prepaid shipping label. This shipping label can be used to return the temporary loaner once the replacement device has been properly configured and tested on the users system, ensuring it works as expected with no issues.
