Purchase Process
- Determine who will be purchasing the equipment and the license.
- Determine if the home-user will be doing two-channel or four-channel training.
- Determine which pricing options work best.
- Ensure that the home-user has access to a computer that meets EEGer's minimum requirements, with at least two USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports.
- Ensure that the home-user has access to an external display, like a monitor or TV that can connect to their computer.
- Ensure that the home-user has access to the internet and can connect to it when needed.
- Contact EEG Store on Discord or by email to begin the purchase process.
- Complete the required Home Use Paperwork and License Paperwork (provided by EEG Store).
- Provide EEG Store with the clinicial dongle number that will be used to supervise the home-use system.
- Provide payment and shipping information for the equipment.

Supervising Clinician
- On the clinical system, install the updated keyfile - this will allow update files to be created for the home-user.
- Initialize a Client ID for the home-user to use on their system.
- Determine the best method to connect to the Home Use system.
- Instruct the home-user through the setup process for their system, answering questions as needed.
- Practice connecting with the home-user, creating files, instructing the home-user on how to apply electrodes, and supervising sessions remotely.
Home-User
- Install EEGer and the home-use keyfile onto the computer.
- Connect the home use dongle and amplifier to the computer.
- Install an initialized client file from the supervising clinician.

- Practice connecting with the home-user, creating files, instructing the home-user on how to apply electrodes, and supervising sessions remotely.
Home-User
- Install EEGer and the home-use keyfile onto the computer.
- Connect the home use dongle and amplifier to the computer.
- Connect the home use flash drive to the computer.
- If needed, remotely initialize a flash drive for use with EEGer.

- Ensure that the home use dongle and amplifier are connected to the computer.
- Ensure that the Client ID has a sufficent number of session permissions.
- Select an initialized Client ID and begin the session.

- Ensure that the Client ID has a sufficent number of session permissions.

Remote Update Files & Reviewing Home Use Session Data
- Review Home Use session data from the Home Use System.
- Create EKR files to remotely update a Home Use Client ID.
